With over 20 years in the polyurethane grouting industry, Charlie “The Grout Geek” Lerman is recognized as one of the foremost experts in remedial waterproofing and leak seal solutions. A Navy veteran turned grouting specialist, Charlie spent nearly two decades on the manufacturing side of chemical grouts before taking on his current role at NCFI Polyurethanes, where he manages the single-component product line and supports contractors across the western United States.
Charlie is best known for his ability to translate complex grouting science into practical, field-ready knowledge. He has trained hundreds of contractors and engineers, presented at industry conferences, and built a following through his weekly “Grout Rants” videos on LinkedIn.
